Terms & Conditions

1. Consultation Policy

 

Every custom experience begins with a personalized consultation.

 

  • A $50 consultation fee secures your appointment and is credited toward your purchase.

  • During this session we review fabrics, design details, and take precise measurements to ensure the perfect fit.

 

2. Payment Policy

 

To begin production, payment is required.

 

  • All custom orders require full payment at the time measurements are taken.

  • Once production starts, all payments are final and non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the garment.

  • Invoices can be paid individually or as a group for wedding parties.

 

3. Production Timeline

 

Your suit is handcrafted with intention and accuracy.

 

  • Standard production time is 3–6 weeks depending on fabric and design.  

  • Rush options may be available for an additional fee based on scheduling availability.

  • Clients are encouraged to book early—especially for weddings and prom—to ensure timely delivery.

 

4. Alteration Policy

 

We stand behind our craftsmanship.

 

  • One round of standard alterations is included with your purchase.

  • Any additional alterations or adjustments due to weight changes may result in additional fees.

  • Alterations must be scheduled promptly once the suit arrives.

 

5. Fitting & Pickup Policy

 

To guarantee Dap & Sam quality:

 

  • A fitting is required before pickup to confirm proper fit and finish.

  • Suits will only be released once they pass final inspection.

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time for fittings or provide advance notice for rescheduling.

 

6. Refund & Exchange Policy

 

All custom garments are made specifically for you.

 

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued once your order is in production.

  • Any concerns about craftsmanship or defects will be handled promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

 

7. Measurement Policy

 

Accuracy is everything.

 

  • All measurements are taken by Dap & Sam to ensure precision.

  • If clients choose to provide their own measurements, Dap & Sam is not responsible for any fit issues.

 

8. Missed Appointment Policy

 

Your time and ours both matter.

 

  • Missed or late-canceled appointments result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

  • A new fee may be required to reschedule.

 

9. Client Responsibility Policy

 

Success requires partnership.

 

  • Clients must clearly communicate event dates, deadlines, and desired styling.

  • Any significant body changes after measurements may require additional alterations at the client’s expense.

 

10. Brand Integrity Policy

 

We protect the look and legacy of Dap & Sam.

 

  • We reserve the right to decline designs or requests that cannot be executed with the quality our brand is known for.

  • Our mission is to ensure every client represents the brand with excellence.
